Timeless Timepieces

The Omega brand has a remarkable lineup of watches. Omega has some of the most desirable watches on the planet. Online Watch forums have rave reviews of the Speedmaster, the Deville Series including their awesome looking Tourbillon, and the Constellation Series.

But what is most striking is Omega’s exemplary watch services. Omega’s watch servicing and maintenance is given very high marks due to their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Omega customers are loyal to the brand because they know their timepieces will be cared for well beyond the date of purchase if services or maintenance are needed.

For example, Omega would return old and worn parts back to owners with a fully detailed report on what parts were replaced or serviced. Omega treats their customers exceptionally well. This is a boon for watch enthusisasts and those who are really into the intricate mechanism of their timepiece operations.

Another obvious factoid is that customers paying for servicing or maintenance from Omega, knows with absolute certainty what part(s) has been serviced - they have the proof – instead of what is presented on an invoice.

None of the other luxury brands return the damaged or used parts back to customers – at least not Breitling nor Cartier.
